1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter and cooled
1 cup raisins
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp all purpose flour
Mix the first 3 ingredients by hand or with a food processor until crumbly. Press into a 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Beat eggs and brown sugar together with a whisk until well blended. Melt 1/4 cup butter and let cool for 15-30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread over base. Bake 25-30 minutes longer, or just until set and golden. Cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
